The Spot is owned and run by one family, and we are around. We hand over the keys ourselves, we know every corner of the property, and we know this stretch of the Caribbean well enough to point you to the right beach, the right table, and the right trail.

Cocles Villa. Two units. Take one or both.
One villa, two mirrored units under the same roof. Each unit is an independent full house: its own kitchen, long dining table, living room, bedrooms, and private entrance, and both step straight onto the shared pool deck. Rent one unit for your group, or both units and the whole villa is yours. Booking both is the only way to have the villa side of the property to one group.

Three casitas. Three themes. Three private jacuzzis.
Three casitas built for two people and nobody else, set across the pool from the villa on the quieter side of the grounds. Identical inside: same size, same layout, same price, each with a private entrance and its own private jacuzzi behind its own wall. Each one is decorated around its own theme, Sloth, Tucan, or Frog, and which one you get depends on availability.
